Over 40 Email Service Providers, both On Premise and SaaS Solutions, were rated as part of this 2010 Only Influencers Poll on ESP Customer Satisfaction. 

The Poll found that 27.6% of respondents were using an inhouse, on-premise email marketing solution, while 72.4% were using a 3rd party SaaS ESP solution.

The most popular service provider was a tie between ExactTarget and Responsys, followed by Epsilon.

Service Providers with the highest customer satisfaction included ExactTarget, Responsys, WhatCounts, StrongView, and 14 others.
