We are currently investigating some cart abandonment and product reco platforms for a client who is on ET/SFMC, and I would like to know if anyone has any experience or recommendations for the following:
- Does anyone have any experience with ExactTarget Predictive Intelligence product?
- Any positive or negative results/comments?
- Does anyone have any experience with:
- Other product recommendation engines?
- Cart abandonment tools … I am thinking of stuff such as abandonaid and the like (i.e. using something other than Email System to power these types of messages)
