Chris Arrendale is the Chief Privacy Officer at Trendline Interactive, bringing over 16 years of experience in email marketing technology and software to the table. He is the founder of Inbox Pros, an email deliverability and privacy firm, recently acquired by Trendline. His expertise includes insights into the email industry’s largest ISPs and is backed by extensive knowledge in industry-leading webmail providers, spam filter providers, reputation management strategies, and deliverability consulting best practices.
Prior to Trendline, Chris traveled extensively as a marketing speaker, author, and software consultant. He is an active participant in industry-leading email organizations, including the Email Experience Council (EEC), the Messaging, Malware and Mobile Anti-Abuse Working Group (M3AAWG), and the Email Sender & Provider Coalition (ESPC).
Chris graduated with an associate’s degree from Oxford College of Emory University, followed by a bachelor’s from Emory University and earning a master’s from Southern Polytechnic State University.
Andrew is an avid blogger, frequent speaker and thought leader in the email marketing community. He has been quoted in and contributed to several books on email marketing as well as numerous whitepapers and publications. An advocate for responsible email marketing, Andrew spent more than 10 years running some of the largest and most complex email marketing programs in the world. In 2010 he co-founded Trendline Interactive, a full service email marketing agency that delivers world class programs for enterprise level organizations.

His experience and history in the industry is unequaled from his work on the client and vendor sides of the business. This experience is unique and has driven a fundamentally different view of the industry and the companies Ryan have worked with. Ryan has developed digital strategies for companies like Canadian Tire, Capital One, Hewlett-Packard (Worldwide), Skype, CenturyLink, Ameriprise, Charles Schwab, First National Bank of Omaha, and U.S. Bank and others.
Ryan is a globally known speaker at conferences and industry events on subjects relating to digital marketing.
